Orders can be placed at any time of the day and week, but delivery service works from 11 am to 10 pm. Orders are delivered during 24 hours after placing them.  Orders registered after 15:00 will be delivered during the next day. Orders registered on non-working days will be delivered within 1 or 2 days. Delivery service in regions doesn’t work on Sundays and Mondays. If a customer orders a product on Saturday, it will be delivered on Tuesday. Orders in regions are processed within 1-3 business days. For more information, please, click here.

Shipping in the territory of Yerevan is free for the orders with the amount of 15000 AMD and more. For the orders under 15000 AMD the shipping cost is 1000 AMD. For Shipping in regions and more information, please, click here.

You can make the payment in 4 ways:

Non-cash payment at the time of delivery - You make the payment through the POS terminal at the time of delivery.

Cash payment at the time of delivery -  You make the payment by paying the courier in cash at the time of delivery.

Online payment through Idram system - You make the payment when registering the order through Idram system.

Online payment -  You make the payment when registering the order by paying with any of your bank cards.

We only deliver in the territory of Armenia. Nevertheless, if you are abroad and want to place an order, but the delivery will be carry out in the territory of Armenia, then your order will be fulfilled.

To give an information about the money deposit on your Gift Card, we will need you to visit any of our stores with the Gift Card. Our employees will check the database and let you know how much money you have on your card.

No. You can use your gift card any time you want. The amount deposited on the card will never be frozen.

Yes, we offer gift cards. You can get a gift card both in any of our stores and online by registering the order on the website. Gift cards DO NOT HAVE a minimum or maximum amount limit. We provide gift cards at any cost to your preference.
