Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery in Yerevan:

Orders can be placed at any time of the day and week, but delivery service works from 11 am to 10 pm. Orders are delivered during 24 hours after placing them. Orders registered after 15:00 will be delivered during the next day. Orders registered on non-working days will be delivered within 1 or 2 days. 

Express delivery is also available within Yerevan, carried out within 1 hour from the moment the order is placed. The delivery fee is 2,000 AMD.

In Regions:

Delivery service in regions doesn’t work on Sundays and Mondays. If a customer orders a product on Saturday, it will be delivered on Tuesday. Orders in regions are processed within 3 business days

Duties and Taxes

The cost of taxes and duties is already applied to your order. No additional fees are required.

Order Cancellation

The order can be canceled before its delivery. If the delivery of the order is on its way, it cannot be canceled. Further information on order cancellation and returning can be found in the Return & Refunds Policy.
